Sometimes you just got to let things go, there's a lot of things in this world that'll take a long time to answer, or maybe won't be answered at all.

Don't worry about those kinds of things. It'll just make your life harder if you spend all your time thinking about it.

If they're in it with more than one, then I think it counts as poly. Unless the other personalities don't know about it, since they don't share memories, so it's cheating.

Seriously, it would not, if you have split personality's, truthfully you are one person with different mindsets, chances are, you're not gonna know who the other person is! So, you would not be cheating because there is such a low chance, that someone with split personality's knows who the other person is and wants to date them. There has been cases where one split knows who the main split is, but it's usually the same gender and they know that they are one person and they still have thoughts like a human that know it would be weird to date yourself. So in reality, no.

I will answer this question easily
there are two possible answers:
1. if you are the person dating the split personality guy/girl you will not see them as two people
2. however if you are the split persona guy/girl then if you find out that your boy/girlfriend was cheating on you.(because you consider yourself two different people) then you will break up with him/her.
