Sure you do. The affluent don't usually live near commercially zoned real-estate....it's a thing. And the number of empty storefronts can be completely unrelated to the economy. A double digit percentage of local businesses closed when Wal Mart came to my town. Competition, innovation, efficiency - these are all things that can contribute to the success of a business, and nothing Trump has any control over.
You're just upset that the guy knows how to get elected and soon, re-elected. I hope you find a way out of your misery before his 2nd term is over.
