I put it away because my back has been bothering me and I don’t know if I have the strength to lift the motor and I definitely am not going to risk it. (Buying an electric tilt for next season)

I had my boat built specifically for one place. The Quabbin Reservoir. It has three places to launch boats and is strict in usage. As I only had a maybe two more trips I could’ve taken I decided to hang it up.
I could still go elsewhere, but that would mean getting it washed again before I could launch there again and at $50 a washing, I’ll just wait until spring.
I never was much count at bass fishing, but brim and crappie were always fun, and I could usually count on decent catfish off the dock I used to fish as a kid. I was always more into hunting than fishing, but always enjoyed it when I could go.
