I see green when I try blinking excessively, Do you blink a lot?
And the green i do get may be from the lower caption.

I don’t blink a lot in general, but I do see it more if I blink. It’s a yellowish-green highlight on the tubular circles. Kinda like the purple after-image you see on your eyes when you get a glare from the sun, or a camera flash.

Yeah i can relate all that. It must be some combination of our monitors, eyes and brains. Perceptions and interpretation vary by individual. Havent looked at image on tab or phone but suspect same or similar results.
