Marvel wins. Hulk, at his strongest, can hold two tectonic plates together. Thor with the odin-force has been shown to be stronger. thanos can literally just delete at least half of DC's team. Red hulk is even stronger than normal hulk, but not stronger than thor. Tony has better tech that batman. superman would be the only difficulty, and still, thanos just snaps him away. thanos can also reality ward to change the terrain to their favor whenever needed.
