Jam. I love fresh fruit and jam hasn't had it reduced to a firm slime like jelly. Maple sucks, Fake maple sucks more.

We use the organic syrup and I was amazed at first how runny it is. They probably add a bunch of synthetics to make the fake stuff more syrupy.

My neighbor makes maple syrup and it's fairly thick. It depends on how much they are willing to boil off the water content. More water, more syrup, but lesser quality.

He's after me to put a boiler behind my house as I have many sugar maples, but I really don't like the stuff.

Although I like it, not maple as it would be too hard to corral in space. I suppose jam would be my pick of the choices you gave, but sticking with the theme and going outside of those choices I would say my pick would be whipped honey. I love honey, but again it would be too runny as with the maple syrup. But, whipped honey would serve both purposes as it is spreadable and less runny so wouldn't have the syrup problem in zero gravity.

Strawberry jam because it's so multipurpose, spread it on toast, biscuits, pancakes, warmed and poured over a banana split. You're covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner :)
