Who knew dying to be so dull

My dad was an AP during Vietnam, said on occasion he'd get posted to the morgue. He said one of the creepiest things he's ever experienced was standing there and one of the bodies would just go "HUUUUHHHHHHHH" like in a long sigh. It was the air in the lungs escaping. Completely natural, but creepy as heck.

I had a teacher who’s mother helped wrap up a body of a recently deceased man. As she wrapped around the midsection the body lurched up, the eyes opened and it let out a guttural moan. The morgue guys just laugh as she ran from the room.

She had wrapped too tight and the escaping air forced the body up and made the morning sound. The eyes is just a reflex.

Wow, yeah I'm sure she checked out fast! I would have too.
