It's a city/neighbourhood thing. Most shops have their own OD kits, meth and heroine, lots of BnEs, smashed windows, I have a "needle box" and the end of my drivway to my shop. I just moved in 2 months ago, what a shocker. They're violent, wasted, no compunction, I miss the country,.....sorta. We're aloud four plants per person, no liscence, but this is Van Isle, liscensed growers everywhere, bin like that for a loooong time here, BC is just different that way. Always has bin.

There's quite a few, alot of the hippy areas on the outer areas, not Nanaimo or Victoria so much, but Tofino an Uclulet, Port Alberni and the northern parts, alot on Haida Gwaii, formerly Queen Charlotte Isles. When we had the Olympics in Van in 2010, those cocksuckers gave all the homeless in Van one way ferry tix to the Island, the climate is great for them, does not freeze in winter. You should see all the shopping cart trains goin on here, it's not unusual to see a guy on a bike pulling a shopping cart or two. Quite normal to happen in hours and be gone in days.
It's usually a result of poorly regulated blood pressure in someone his age but could happen from your late 30's for same reason
Have you ever gotten shampoo in your eyes? This can cause a quite severe bursting of blood vessels in the eye, which usually disappears within hours.
If you got punched or had some other trauma directed at your eye when you where 16? Did you actually have more serious damage than a burst blood vessel? Like detatched retina? This kind of damage is much slower to heal.

I see. Although the shampoo thing is like smoking a huge spliff and having your eyes red. It doesn't burst a blood vessel.

I don't remember anything causing it but I did skateboard back then. No, it was just a burst vessel, nothing detached.

Maybe at 76, your brain sucks every last red blood cell back into your brain. But at 16 or so, it took at least a month to clear.
