I also did that with another one of his memes on this stream. Apparently, if you’re a mod, all you have to do to change the title of an image is by flagging it, and then changing the title while re-approving it.

But still, as annoying as the twerp is, is it fair to do that? I don't mean just to him, but in general.
It sets a precendent, others might do likewise to whomever else.

Being a mod comes with responsibility, even it it involves those or what you may not like (providing they do not violate terms & guidelines) since they are entrusting you with their work. Submitting a meme to a particular stream is a contract of sorts, one that the memer is entering in good faith.

He deserves it because his memes aren’t original enough to justify approving.
