We have those down here. I have eaten there a few times.

I used to work at one up here in RI. That's how I know about the sweet potato with marshmallow and crushed graham cracker

That's just a regular thing down here. Usually we make a pie with a graham cracker crust and melt the marshmallows on top, but I prefer to top the mashed sweet potatoes with the marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.

Maybe the creator of Boston Market is from somewhere down south. LOL
