I actually heard some say it wasn't even that funny, but it was brave and too truthful for the sjw's. But I haven't seen it. 99% seems a little suspect but he does have huge support from his fans.

Oh yeah, he ripped on everybody. Some one had to do it. Sterile comedy is rarely funny. Not saying the pendulum needs to be swung to the other extreme but it needed a nudge. Well see how much he'll be punished for it now though, altho he has f u money.

Professional reviewers are like 'journalists' now. Political activists. Like the academy awards. Look at the last 10 years of best picture awards. Especially the last few.

It usually leans towards degeneracy. Look at The Shape of Water. Interspecies love story? What's next beastiality? I love old movies (some) but I've not seen a movie I'd want to see in years. Hollywood makes money off of violent shoot 'em up movies yet cries about guns, when they've helped inspire psychos.

Yeah I can see that. They already show or talk about all that you've said in so called adult cartoons. It's slowly trickling over to real people.
The older one gets the better able to sense the degeneracy b/c it happens slowly over time.

Nope. If it isn't in regular tv I don't watch it. Even then I tend to channel surf. Prefer science shows.

Part of it is I have really bad knees. Sitting in a theater hurts. I need the ability to get up and move. Also I am fascinated with science and especially astrophysics.

How the universe works is currently the best show on TV. Specials like String Theory (although that hasn't been talked about anymore) or Einstein's Equation always get my attention. I don't go out of my way for any one scientist personality, but I remember watching the original Cosmos.
