It could just mean someone was entering in the name on the address line to see what they see. I once tried it for "1bacon", but got a 404 error.

Address line above. Each time anyone creates a meme, gif, pie chart, or demotivational, an alphanumeric is assigned to it. This one was assigned "39vpv6". The next one was "39vpv7". You can keep changing the alphanumeric part of the address to see what was saved as that name. Unless it was deleted. Then you get a 404 error.
