No actually they are not. You should read more. There is NO weapon in the civilian market identified as an assault weapon. I served 30 years. Every gun sold is a one trigger one shot semi automatic. You have to have a very special license to get an automatic and it has to be approved through ATF. I should know. You are simply wrong. Like most people who never have shot a weapon are.
