Sure you can have sex... but you also have to accept responsibility of what comes next. If you don't want a child, either properly use adequate protection or don't have sex.
Abortion is not birth control is is termination of a human life and can later cause fertility problems among other complications. It is not a safe solution to the problem and is still done in facilities that can't or won' facilitate aborted babies that survive. Abortions, if had, should be done in hospitals. Not to mention the mental health of women who regret the abortion.
I'm all for improving adoption protocols and procedures.
I'm all for women who want a hysterectomy or tubes tied so they can avoid getting pregnant.

Is that not the same as don't want to or can't take care of the baby just phrased in a way for women to not take responsibility for their own poor choices?
And giving birth also makes a woman not pregnant anymore...
Well, as I mentioned before, there are multiple forms of birth control... why not use more than one? pills/shot + condom + spermicide = no baby

An unborn baby is a life, a citizen, and is protected under law regardless of how much you want to deny it. After all, why charge someone with two counts for murder of a pregnant woman if an unborn baby doesn't count as a life?
