What does that have to do with Walter Veith?

That site was 7th day adventist. I was just wondering if you knew him.

I didn’t know it was 7th Day Adventist. What sect are you in? I think I’m gonna be a Baptist. I recently realized how bad the Popery is when I got lucky enough last year to get a (most likely) Protestant world history teacher in my Catholic high school who finally taught me the other side of the story. Before converting, I had to perform so many mental gymnastics to justify my opposition to morals like papal infallibility, giving to charity, and procreation.

The Seventh day Adventists USE to be anti papist. Recently their corrupted leaders (Probably Catholics that infiltrated the church) actually apologized for calling the pope the anti Christ but it is the most based religion. They are the scholars of the Bible and I believe they are the longest living 'group' in the world.

How exactly is the Adventist Church led? Does it have an authority of any kind, like Roman Popery, Greek Popery, and Anglican Popery have? Or is it like most Protestant groups, whose leader is simply the Bible?

Yes, sola scriptura. There is a prophet, Ellen White. But she always defers to the Bible.

I hated all organized religion but I ended up in a town where most of the pastors where intelligent people who owned construction companies or fixed airplanes or were professionals that owned companies. These weren't people that 'needed the Bible to get through life'. They know the papacy is the anti Christ. Only Jesus can forgive sin. Anti Christ = Replacement Christ.

EXACTLY! Antichrist literally means “in place of” Christ! Never have I agreed with you this much!

It's true. In the middle ages there were literally a pope and an anti pope.

Most people think anti Christ = opposite Christ. Good for you for knowing the difference. Man cannot forgive sin. Man does not need to hear confession. Man cannot accept money for 'remission of sin' where you can sin for a period but it doesn't count because you paid off the Catholic church.

Yeah, I remember that from my religious education classes in Catholic school. I really don’t know how my 8th grade religion teacher managed to teach the dark, repetitive history of the Popery for 20 years not only without becoming a Protestant, but while labeling Protestants as heretics! If the pope is the Antichrist, though, then what do you think the anti-pope is? The second Antichrist? The super-Antichrist? Maybe the double negatives cancel out to make him a prophet, LEL!

There's a reason paedophile homo's flocked to the Catholic church. Not that Catholics can't be wonderful God 'fearing' (Which means respect) people. Now there is a JESUIT pope. He got in through blackmailing the paedophile priests.

Well, opposites often do come in place of their counterparts, and it only makes sense for the Antichrist to lure everyone by pretending to be the successor of Christ. In fact, that would have to be strategically the best way for the Antichrist to lure everyone into his Satanic agenda!

Exactly!! Every organisation is comprised. But you have to suss out the truth. You have an open mind. Good for you!

They also highlight prophecy in the Bible. The Bible, in the days of Babylonian supremacy, called the major players. Babylonian, then the Medes and Persians, then the Greek then the Romans.

I already know both the fact that the Popery changed the 10 Commandments and that the Popery changed the sabbath day in favor of the Roman pagans. Did the Protestants change that, because it would only make sense for them to rebel against the Popery in favor of the Bible’s true words in such ways as these. The 10th Commandment being split doesn’t even make much sense, as both parts can be combined with one sentence of equal length. Plus, there is nothing wrong with covering one’s “wife”. In fact, Deuteronomy 21:10-15 suggests that premarital sex is totally okay!

No, almost all Protestants bent the knee and accepted Rome's word as law. There's only two Christian churches, Catholicism and Seventh Day Adventists. Like I said, the 7th day church cucked out and apologized to Rome like a bitch but they still worship God's Sabbath. Remember the Sabbath day. Why would the commandment say remember the Sabbath day (at a time every Israelite knew the Sabbath day unless it was going to be disputed?

It doesn't make sense because they wanted to get rid of the law that forbids idolotry, or something like that. The 1st or 2nd commandment.

Sleeping with a married chick is never okay.

I don’t like calling Catholics Christians because they worship the Antichrist, not Jesus.

I’m afraid that if Seventh Day Adventism is considered a Church, I’d have to worry about another potentially-corrupt authority, which is what I like the lack of in Protestant sects. How exactly does the Adventist magisterial hierarchy work?

Only the Mary worshipers. Deities or 'gods' in pagan times were/are androgynous. There are good Catholics like our friend Kate, who I hope you won't attack, that are true believing Jesus worshippers that are amazing despite some fascets of her church.

Well, every church is infiltrated. Don't look to the structure. I don't even go to church anymore because I was in a really special church. I can't explain but I was surrounded by scholars and I learned alot in a short time.

They have a prophet, Ellen White, that without much education, wrote some of the most amazing writings on religion. If you are serious, check out 'The Desire for Ages'. Or at least get a taste of it off the internet.

But they put the Bible over any man. Church authority doesn't mean much overall but I can't vouch for everyone. In my town, the head pastor is a 'former' Catholic LOLOLOLOL

But in terms of truly delving into the Bible and understanding the connections between God and His children, the Seventh Day Adventists are by far the best, imo.

You know your stuff, my man. Trust me, Baptists are cool. But seek out a Seventh Day Adventist church. I was with mine for five years. Then I moved and the church were I am is a absolute joke compared to what I had. So I stopped going. But check it out along with the baptists. Then make a choice.

Not trying to tell you what to do but I was an agnostic for 30 years that hated organized religion but I lucked into something I couldn't deny. The Seventh Day Adventists are the only ones that aren't hypocrites. They (were) the only ones that didn't bend the knee and accept Sunday (The sun) worship. Besides some small denominations.

Trust me, at least check it out.

Yeah, I also agree about Sunday worship. But I don’t think Protestants have a particular sabbath day, either. Is the Adventist faith considered Protestant, because you said it used to be anti-Catholic. But I think at the end of the day, the differences among most Christian sects don’t differ radically enough to affect salvation; as long as they don’t have an allegedly-“infallible” leader, like the ones that Roman Papists, Greek Papists, and Anglican Papists have. And stating that just raised another question: If the Roman Popery is the Antichrist (making the RCC Satanic and not Christian), are the Greek & Anglican Papists Satanic, Christian, or their own category of pagan, pseudo-Christian idolaters?
1 up, 5y
They do. The actual day Jesus rested during the resurrection. Saturday. The whole thing is the Catholic church made it a 'Mark of their authority' to change the Sabbath day, is in, we are more powerful than God Himself, we make the rules.

They even changed the 10 Commandments.

It doesn't matter if you believe in and follow Jesus's teachings, but some point you there better than others. I wish it were 5 years earlier. I'd blow you away with different Biblical facts.

I don't know but they seemed to be pretty pious and righteous. But they got decimated by the Bolsheviks and commies.

Change it to the day of the sun to boot.
