Odds are Doof is her father as well since neither the show or Phineas refer to her as half or step-sibling. So best girls are sisters, I'm fine with that.
They are not directly related by this logic still, but it does put Phineas in a weird spot since it would make him the brother and brother-in-law to both of them.

No, Phineas has the razor-sharp nose, Ferb has a square nose so if anything his nose would block a kiss not stab. Also his dad has the same exact head shape and his marriage or at 5+ years by the start of the show works perfectly fine.

Again, keep track of the names. We are talking about Ferb. Second, it's completely canon, so your complaints are void and pointless. Had the final episode never happen you could keep going on this forever but since it did, your words don't matter.
I am not in a good position to commit to a theme week right now. Our school year just began. I home school my kids so that is currently taking priority. I am much more active over the summer or over breaks for that reason. I would hate to say yes to the offer and then flake out on you because I was too busy at home. It could turn out that you don't need a co-host though. Some people do theme weeks on their own.
