Because if being "Drunk on the Spirit" involves speaking in Tongues, laughing like Hyenas, and/or collapsing on the floor, rolling around in convulsion, that resembles more like DEMON POSSESION... than singing it in your hearts, giving thanks to God in Ephesians 5:19-20, then that, is not what Paul meant at all.
When you're drunk with wine, what do you look like? A crazy fool. And now when you're "Drunk in the Spirit", what do you look like?
A CRAZY FOOL (1 Corinthians 14:23 & 27-32).
Please, stop this madness, or find yourself another church, becuase this form of worship makes Christ look bad and contradicts His word (1 Corinthians 14:33).
