No. There is no Big Pharma, there's just the majority of doctors, who have spent eight years of their lives learning and researching this stuff, who know that vaccines can prevent illnesses. There are also many, many informed individuals who know that vaccines prevent illnesses. Furthermore, when enough people who are able to be vaccinated without adverse reactions, then it protects those who can't have vaccines, such as those with specific intolerances to vaccines, the immunocompromised, and babies who are too young to receive vaccines. In fact, it would make more sense if Big Pharma was trying to convince us that vaccines are dangerous because they would get much more money for treating us for preventable diseases than they ever would make off of vaccines. The whole logic behind the anti-vaxx movement is incredibly flawed.
