It may have to do with the poorer illegals that are here receiving welfare benefits, and the potential for the poorer ones that are currently crossing that may receive them as well.

Yeah but how do you know which immigrant will use it? You can only use likelihoods, and if you do that you might as well arrest all black people because their is a likelihood that they might commit crime. Its just not done and in bad taste to the principles of America, as far as I know it
