Another idea I had to keep people from having kids is by making it illegal for parents to raise their biological children. This way, more folks will be forced to adopt and actually gain all of the experiences of parenting, but without selfishly passing down your own genes.

I also think free school, (not free university) is essential. I think everyone should be entitled to an education. If they choose to go onto tertiary education then they should pay. I also don't think married couples "leech" off "virgins who are minding our own business". There are plenty of "virgins" (probably still living with their parents) leeching of us workers/parents who are minding our own business...

If you have children, you should be responsible for them and if you cant afford them financially or can't care for them, don't have them.
