Technically they did pass laws by putting age restrictions on them. Did something similar earlier on with Rap music too I think (M ratings, explicit lyric stickers etc etc).. and before both of them it was rock music..
Don't think they wouldn't put bans on games, they absolutely will, they just need to figure out the next scapegoat first..
