Comparitively speaking, I think the 90s covered more bases than anything before or after.

Sure there's good stuff all over the years, but in most decades it's just a handful of shows etc

Hmmm maybe so. But I think ppl tend to gravitate toward the time when they were in high school or early yrs of college. B/C that's the time they watched the most TV ..like grew up on it...
