What? I'm not allowed to think he's an oppurtunistic wind bag? He's giving big smiles and thumbs up at a time when big smiles and thumbs up are innapropriate, it's not a campaign stop, it's a trauma centre, act human.

The aunt and uncle sought out Trump that day, not the other way around. I don’t see it as a photo op, but a thumbs up that eventually everything will get better. Yes it’s a sad situation, but life doesn’t stop, because of this tragedy.
