No kidding the earth has been hotter before humans were here. It was once so hot there was nothing here!
How do I know what earth wants? Well........ the more C02 we put in the atmosphere, the hotter the earth will WANT to be. So, that's kinda a self fulfilling prophecy I suppose.
They estimated more than 350ppm was the breaking point where we would have permanent change. We've already blown through that and are at around 400ppm. You know this right?
They have studied the plant theory you seem to be eluding to. There is little to know change in the quantity plants grow in the differences we're talking about. Just because we have more CO2, we're not going to see an explosion of plant growth to neutralize all the carbon we're putting out. It's nearly impossible to pull it out of the atmosphere. We've found no efficient way to do it.
Why are we not fighting China and India? I don't know what the hell you're talking about here. Most of the rest of civilization believes in climate change, it's mainly just American's who refuse to believe we could impact the planet, for some reason.
We invested 500 million towards clean energy while Obama was Prez and the right had a fit over such an expense.
China invested 500 BILLION towards clean energy at the same time so, we're clearly being outspent by people who are making much more of an investment in the right direction, regardless of who is putting out the most CO2. China has 3 times more people but they are only putting out slightly more than we are so they are way ahead of us there.
