Lack of synchronization between movie time and RL time (for example, a bomb is supposed to blow up in 15 second, but the hero takes a full minute defusing it)
Plot armor (only important characters survive mass murders and catastrophes, important characters survive wounds and attacks which easily kill anyone else etc)
Villains doing stupid shit because of their arrogance (sparing/torturing/imprisoning the hero when they have a perfect chance to kill him, villain revealing the details of his EEYVEL plan upon the discovery that the villain truly is a villain etc)
Hero has a dead parent/relative/friend/colleague as a motivation for the movie's entire plot and events
Breaking the chain (very common in horror movies. There were many people before the hero who attempted to stop the villain or get rid of a curse, but all of them failed. Except for the hero, of course)
Breaking the seal (a long time ago, a great evil was defeated, but was sealed/imprisoned because it couldn't be destroyed. Some time later, the evil is unsealed, and the hero destroys the evil once and for all)
Disloyalty to the source material (a majority of book/comic/videogame movies)
Male and female protagonists falling in love/having sex for the sake of falling in love or having sex
Subliminal feminist, racemixing or other SJW agenda.
Predictable jumpscare
Camera not showing certain details like the villain's face because it's not that time for exposition yet
Camera not showing mutilated bodies/people getting killed by a monster
Actors being simply weird by doing/saying something nobody would do/say IRL
Actors NOT doing/saying something anyone would do/say in a certain situation, leading to the viewer screaming:"You imbecile!" at the screen
Convenient object at a convenient place for the hero to conveniently save the day, defeat the villain or discover a great revelation about something
Radio/TV being turned on, and the first thing is news broadcasting about a plot-relevant event
Villain is either intelligent, but weak and therefore a puppetmaster deceiving others to do his bidding, or powerful and mighty, but stupid and irrational
Villain has a good reason/philosophy behind his actions which the hero just throws away like nothing and kill the villain anyways
Hero and the main characters gazing/riding off at the sunset/sunrise at the end
Villain's main motive is either revenge or conquering and ruling the world
