The black market of the world supplies ANYTHING at big markups for all kinds of products that range from liquor to Plutonium.

I don't know how much you've actually been *listening* during all this rowing, but the fact that today's weapons fire in excess of 45 rounds a minute is very much at the center of the discussion. If you replaced them all with crap guns that fire literally once, a LOT of people would just not mind this much.

But to do that, you still have to phase out the 45-a-minute guns.

I never imagined they could fire that fast

Las Vegas shooter got 90 rounds in 10 seconds. That's 540 per minute. Orlando Pulse got 24 rounds in 9 seconds, that's 160 per minute.

I don't see how even remotely possible. You can't pull a trigger that fast. That defies physics.
