I did quite well thank you. (Father is Scottish, Mother is from the deep south and that includes Creek blood.) It's more about not limiting yourself.

I should go first I guess. I dated a black woman before i met my wife. She was stunning and intelligent and only 17 years.........older than me. Also dated a Korean girl when I was fresh out of high school. It's didn't last long, but she was nice. I also had two Scandinavian girlfriends, but I have viking blood in me. (At least the Dupuytren's contracture I suffer from says I am. It's also known as Viking Hand)

I'm open to dating someone outside of my own ethnicity. I don't find Irish men appealing at all.¯_(⊙_ʖ⊙)_/¯

You should try Scots. My Great Grandmother did. (We weren’t allowed to talk about the Irish wench until my Aunt the matriarch of the family passed)

Out of curiosity, what made you post this? I have nothing against multiethnic relationships/marriage, as I am a product of one myself.

I have been randomly picking images in my meme folder and making something from it. Wanda reminds me of Ellie, the black woman I dated. Plus I have a huge problem with racism considering we are one race.

Ethnicities are just regional differences in that one race. I like differences. Food and culture especially.

My dad has viking hands, as does his brother. Hopefully I dont develop it someday but who knows? He had his treated and "snapped" on one hand, he said it was excruciating for about two seconds, and then immediate relief.

Mine is just getting to bother a little. It's also on my dominate hand which is not good. Surgery on it runs the risk of sending it into overdrive.

I married a white woman, but I would have been open to marrying outside my European roots. My sister married a Puerto Rican man that fit right in with the family. They have separated, but remain friends. (He retired to Puerto Rico and she stayed in New York). I just hope people don't limit themselves. We're all the same race. The minor differences add the spice of life sometimes. (Also may not work at all, be at least be open to it)

I like how you say we're all the same race, as in the human race. It's very true, and so many are so quick to forget or ignore that. Mixed couples may have some cultural issues to overcome, but as you say it keeps things interesting. We can all learn from each other.

Dad's hand is doing well since his surgery, but his case was severe so any improvement is drastic improvement for him. I hope yours never gets that bad. He could barely open his hand.
