I saw the video, it was hard to tell, he was kinda raising it and lowering it like practice many times.He could have been pointing it at customers but they are out of screen. It looked like an AR15 from the pic, it was clearly out of the box and the box was gone. The cop made a split second decision . With what he was told by 9-11 and the caller, I dont blame him..
