To be honest, in most of these mass shootings witnesses swear they hear multiple guns firing, so the word gets around that there are multiple shooters. In almost every case there is only one shooter. Echo is a big factor in most cases, not multiple shooters.

Only these witnesses (supposedly) said they saw them, not just heard...
