Supercomputer-like or not, they still performed achievements which are even today impossible (pyramids being the greatest example), indicating that they were more advanced than we are today (or that there was an alien intervention, pick one of the two).

Improvement of man's tools instead of the improvement of man. What's the point of having a brain with a large memory and superb analytical and calculating skills when you have a computer which can do all that work instead? That's the effect technology has when you become dependant on it.

What happens if all the power on the Earth disappeared? I just experienced a blackout and I wonder if one day if Humans are too dependant on technology and suddenly it doesn't work anymore, what will they do? Fall into a state of anarchy? Most humans have lost their wisdom because of giving in to modern trends and beliefs.

It will happen. I've been hearing more and more of a solar storm, several times stronger than the one from 1859 (which, for the reference, rendered all telegraphs in Europe and North America useless, even causing some to spark, and also caused a whole lot of other trouble) that will hit the Earth soon (no precise data exists, but the range is within a few years). The consequences will be severe for humanity and it's civilization. When the storm happens, you can forget about your phones, PCs, GPS, fridges and pretty much any and all electrical equipment. We'll be, at best, thrown back to medieval times, and at worst, to the stone age. And that does not even include the vast number of people who'll die or get injured as a result of being at a wrong place, at a wrong time, under the wrong circumstances (traffic accidents, electrical equipment sparking up likely causing fires, jewelry overheating etc), nor does it include the absolute economic annihilation (because the money is more and more digitalized through bank accounts and credit cards, and paper is not all that useful, all money apart from coins and metals will cease to hold any value).

Now, what will the civilization look like when the storm is over? Think of the world from Fallout video-games, minus the sci-fi, nuclear weapons, radiation and mutated monsters.
As for the human population, think of the population growth in the last 15-20 decades. The exact opposite will happen.
And as for the human social structure, governments will likely still exist, but will not be as powerful and influental as they are now. People will tribalize in order to increase the odds of survival. Suvivalism skills (cooking, healing and weaponry, all based on primitive materials and resources) will be highly valued and treasured. Those who are left on their own will resort to either prospecting (scavenging), trading or raiding.

But ultimately, it is for the good. Civilization is unnatural, fragile, and therefore, doomed to collapse, whether by a strong solar storm or by something else. It attempts to elevate man above Nature and to conquer it, inevitably ruining both in the process.

“Barbarianism is the natural state of mankind. Civilization is unnatural. It is the whim of circumstance. And barbarianism must ultimately triumph” - Robert E. Howard

Well, in that situation, I think that people would fall into a state of anarchy, all morals will be thrown out the window as people try to steal, and maybe kill, as much as they can, but realize it will all be useless...
Then, it can stem into two possibilities.
One, we rebuild civilization, just without technology, and we become a peaceful race after that period of anarchy.
Two, we STILL learn nothing and become the equivalent of wild animals, killing for survival, and living for ourselves and only ourselves (though, lone wolves perish faster than a pack).
And yeah, all civilizations will fall one day, but so do everything else. Civilizations are as natural as trees and vegetation, it's a part of humanity. But all we can do is postpone its fall by acting like the intelligent humans we're SUPPOSED to be.
