Beckett437 had a meme asking if he was so disliked, why did he have 26 followers. I thought he was talking about a stream dedicated to him, and so I looked at his profile, and there on the far right was a "Followers" feature. Wow! So one can actually have followers without a stream made by someone else.

I've checked my profile and to my surprise, I actually had followers; 2! However, there was no way for me to know who they are. So your meme, matched my seniment, perfectly!
