Tariffs are taxes and Trump is more successful at taxing and spending than most Democrats

Since all taxation is theft, I think I agree. China’s economy got better while the US economy got worse because the US market wasn’t free enough, so it makes more sense to fix the problem by restoring the free market, not by imposing tariffs.
