Some might argue that it has nothing to do with the person's qualifications to do a job, and while that might be the case for the most part I feel that it most certainly is a reflection of their decision making and judgement, and that does count for something. If you thought for some reason that a facial tattoo was a good life decision, what other unwise choices are you going to make while employed at my company? And furthermore, I would most certainly NOT send anyone like that to meet with a client because then the client will question our firm's judge of character. You wanna work in a hot rod shop with Jesse James, go ahead. But in a professional environment where dress codes are enforced, that's a no for me.
