Generally against it. However, I think there should be some prison and law reform. I'll reference all the times that Charles Manson was given hearings for parole, someone as admittedly evil as he was should never be considered. Let them rot in jail for the rest of their life, and leave the redemption part for God to decide. I also don't think prisoners in those cases should be given a lot of the rights that they have, prison should not be fun, and I don't care how much good behavior a prisoner demonstrates, if they fall under the category where death penalty could be applied, then the rest of their life here ought to represent what death would do for them. The only (worldly) advantage of the death penalty is it removes the burden of financial responsibility and eliminates that odds that the person might end up back in society as a threat again, either as an escapee or a successful parole.
