I did not say they weren't the same thing, the exact opposite actually. They both have the same exact definitions, the only thing "different" about them is what context people use them in. It's no different than "too" and "as well" they mean the exact same thing one is just more formal. Nice try though.

It's a human corpse, not alive anymore fetuses ARE alive, that's kind of why you have to murder it. And yes, the corpse still has rights. If a guy gets hit by a car you can't just walk up with a knife and chop his body into tiny peaces, the dead person still has a right to his body not being desecrated.
