I hate how those animals are caged and made a spectacle of.

It really was sad, they looked suicidal. I have never been a zoo person. We went two years ago, and that was my first time since I was a kid. We had tickets that were going to expire next month, so we went Saturday. It was predictably crowded, which I don’t care for. It was cool seeing the animals, but I could live without it.

It's loud, there are always smokers about, slow pokes, stinky people, screaming kids, people in the way... I could go on. LOL.

Killer Whales make me saddest Nix, hate zoos too

The father-in-law insisted on taking the family to the Atlanta Aquarium. Those poor creatures have been snatched from the ocean and stuffed into cages for spectacle. I struggle with that. They are being held hostage. Killer whales and all the others.

The dorsal fin sags/droops while in captivity and they dont know why, I think its a sign of being fed up....really really sad, they belong in a vast ocean and they are clever enough to know this, even reared ones!! :(

No creature is happy in captivity. :(
