Scared of heights! If I climb a ladder I can't get down again!

I'm not THAT bad. I can at least get back down from four or five rungs! lol

My legs start to shake and it's over! I barely manage one of those little step ladders trying to get something from a high shelf.

The best advice I can give you is to wear COMFY walking/running shoes, and when you're ready to come back down, jump! Turn around as much as possible and then just jump back to the floor! The comfy shoes will help with the impact. You may even wanna place a couch cushion near the bottom of the ladder to jump to.

Yeah, if you can SOMEHOW turn around on the ladder, you'll be able to relax a little more because you can see how far the floor/ground ACTUALLY IS away from you. Even if you only turn to a sideways position
