I don't know if the Taco Bells are owned individually, but many of the ones I've been to are poorly run! None of the restrooms have mirrors. The seats have rips in them!
I think it's a franchise type of deal. I hate that too, because complaints to corporate are often met with, Each location is an individually owned and operated franchise, please see store manager."
