Remember these and other states and their liberal residents say, "This state doesn't need state level laws to protect religious liberty because of the national Religious Freedom Restoration Act." By the time one gets in front of the Supreme Court to use the federal RFRA they may have already spent tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars or more on fines and court costs and haven't had their business to make more money.

Even if you do get in front of the Supreme Court and they rule in your favor as with Phillips, it may not set a precedent that will keep people from harassing you and using the state to deny your religious liberty over and over and over.

It pretty much comes down to this: bake the cake or else!
