I'm not sure if I could call it a "diet", but let me tell you they took my gallbladder away, a bit more than a month ago, and due to that I've now a lesser tolerance to fat food, although I may still eat it, but I must be more careful with fat. Which was for me also a reason to mind what I eat a bit more and to decide more carefully what's on the menu for me. But I really asked the doctor that if I was in the mood for fries completely "drowned" in mayonnaise (now that is really really fat as mayonnaise only contains the yellow part of an egg and olive oil, not to mention the fat in the fries themselves) I should just take it, but only not too often, after the surgery (now I like fries with mayonnaise, but when my fries are "drowned" in it, I'll pass). But what I also noted as that I never took time to eat except for my dinner. I just went to the fridge when I was hungry, to get some ham or cheese out of it and put it on my bread and ate as I worked... That's something I'm also trying to ban myself to do, as that is not really good either. So... you're not alone...
