I'm not much into weight lifting, but I do enjoy a walk or bike ride. The best exercise that touches on each part of the body is a plank. Start with 30 seconds, increase the time gradually. These 2 apps (android, not sure about Apple) have been great. I used to do the 7 minute workout once a day hubby still does it. I prefer the 30 day workout. You can choose an area of the body to strengthen and it chooses daily exercises with increasing intensity. You can even set reminders. Good luck!
