Perhaps not overtly, but if you're willing to turn your whole life over to an all-seeing, all-powerful entity, then that's a God to you. The only thing more disturbing than seeing people outside freezing in the snow just to have a smoke, is seeing people outside freezing in the snow waiting for the almighty transit system to come give them a ride.
