I hate to sound like a broken record... but remember those pesky kids? It is them who do this. MOSTLY. However there are some who do not do this. Usually when they post asking for up votes I take that opportunity to explain how we do things around here. I tell them that if they are going to ask for up votes they had better be prepared to give them as well. They do not up vote your meme when they comment, they do not up vote a single comment ever at anytime. Yet they want up votes.
