Strain yourself as much as you can and TO the point of SURPASSING. It will go so far that when ya 'get that thing' (depending on your addiction) ya will feel as if the sensation of needing slowly drifts away.
Think of eating too much candy for example and you got reeeeeal sick. By force you stop eating candy because it made you sick, and ya are from it, literally. When whole and behold comes the day ya want that saviory sweetness again after ya got better, it's good, right?
Until ya got f**ed up that one time lmfao. :/ Not. Fun.
Though, hah, my bf doesn't seem to have a problem with my 'addiction' as I do but I try not implying that I want it "every often". Too much is immoral and, kinda gross me out the more I think about it.. too much.. Espacial of the fact I'm a female...
