Y U NO Vote

The three-party system doesn’t work, proven by the 1992 election, where the right vote was split between “independent” Ross Perot and Republican George W. Bush. Since about half of the country had split into two different conservative candidates, the democratic candidate, President Bill Clinton won the election easily. This is why if the Libertarian party surges, the right vote will be split, and if the Green Party on the left surges, the left vote will be split.

Also, on a side note, a political party is not considered a “major party” until it has elected a president. Parties can also die and get replaced. For example, we started the two party system in the 1800 election between Federalist John Adams and Democratic-Republican Thomas Jefferson. Obviously, these two parties aren’t what we have today. Both parties sort of shared basic principles of both the Republican and Democrat ideas. In a way, the morphing of political parties is necessary because the country’s needs change. I hope this has helped you better understand why the three party system is not good for America.

The Three party System does works & if in a rare case of a tie between two of the three there would have to be another vote between the two tied party's , for example Republican has Total of 10 votes , Independent 5 & Democrat has 5 . Another vote between the two tied party's would be held to determine which party will continue the race with the Republican .

But when it boils down to it, the one the continues the race with the Republican Party is the second party to the Republican. Again, just two parties running against each other. Also, that wouldn’t be a fair vote if the Republicans had more than the other two.

During the first vote is a Elimination vote, the two with the most votes continues the race . During the next Elimination vote in the second half of the race each party starts race with zero votes the winner would become president ! It gives the people more options & keeps Corruption in the party's down .

With the setup we have in America, that doesn’t work. I should have worded that differently.
