Shouldnt they?

I have seen some that NEED down voting. I saw one in which a guy used that big blue button template to suggest he was sexually assaulting his little 6 year old sister. Others suggesting that we kill all the Hispanics, whites, Blacks, Asians etc... I could keep going. WE need a way to decide if we LIKE a meme rather than being forced to only a single choice when voting.

Yeah, I know there are some sick or racist nemes in imgflip, when I see one I downvote it too. But here I am talking about downvoting memes in this stream...
and other streams that show normal memes that are not offensive to anyone...

Sometimes, when I am commenting on your memes because I came to your page and not this stream, I may forget what stream the meme is for. Happens. Ya know?

Ok, now I understand...

Have caught myself commenting on hot politics that way. I should be more diligent about checking the streams a meme is featured in. Sorry abut that.
