The timer never really bothered me too much, there were a few times it did though.

One of the most satisfying parts of Imgflip for me is when a bug or problem is brought up, or a site change is suggested/requested and then to see a change happen.

There's a chance the comment timer could get adjusted or go back to the way it was down the road, I try to enjoy these kinds of things while I can.

Right. Same here! I assume they are giving this a shot to see how well it goes. If people start abusing it by spamming or harassing others I figure they will go back to it. Let's hope people behave!

Well, about a year ago, Dashhopes made a meme asking for us to be able to reply to comments on our submissions without the timer. It was working then, but I realized that they brought it back recently.

But I don't have the time to comment a lot, but it's a nuisance when I do try to comment. So Thank goodness they got rid of it. 👌
