There has to be some reason for people viewing and not up voting? Maybe people without an account and they don't want to make one or something? Because the view/upvote ratio is always horrid.

The way I operate (especially since we have all these streams) is I have a folder for bookmarks of users here that I like to see their latest memes. ALMOST every day I visit these people and at the very least up vote their new stuff. I do comment if I have any good comment ideas, and provided I have time. If I go to a person's page and there is some endless supply of new stuff I end up just hitting the first 5-6. Otherwise I won't be able to get around to all my other folks.
