Well, it's like this. You know how basically everyone of us are now moderators for a stream or 10? ALLLL the streams for which you are a moderator and have made any type of moderating decision will show up here detailing every moderation you have done. Even if you delete one of your own comments the move will show here. If you approve/disapprove a meme for feature in a stream, or approve/disapprove a flag. All of that is now shown in the "moderations" tab. Useful for some, pointless for others.

Yep. That's exactly what it is. Aren't you glad you have a whole separate tab just for that? LOL

I didn't even notice this! I usually din't notice changes until nixie talks about them! Lol!

I have to say, looking at the list makes me think of Google watching us.... :)
