I believe this is a Turkish Van. We used to have one that made it to 19 years old. We currently have a Turkish Angora and the Van we had and our Angora are lunatics. I highly recommend Angoras or Vans. If you like an intelligent cat that is a nagging tyrant and a lunatic that you happily enable because of their antics and charm but is also loving, pretty, easy to groom, loves water and heading up a party if you ever have parties then get one of these. Angoras are especially nutjobs. They come in all colors not only white.
